Community support
Twins to Win
Multiple births carry multiple risks. Twins to Win walks with these families from pregnancy through the first years.

Twin and higher-order pregnancies face far higher rates of prematurity, low birth weight and complications during birth — and the families face costs that can overwhelm a household overnight.
Twins to Win trains midwives to identify and manage multiple pregnancies early, plan for a safe place of birth, and support feeding and kangaroo mother care for small babies.
Alongside the clinical work, the programme builds community follow-up and peer groups for parents of twins, so that support does not end at discharge.
